How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The process varies and there is no set formula. Each client, couple, and family brings a unique set of stories, needs, and openness to addressing their challenges and adopting new strategies. Generally, at Family First Counseling Center, we find that clients who apply the strategies discussed in therapy to their daily lives often require fewer sessions. However, when there are multiple issues and complex layers involved, the process may take longer. Many individuals have been grappling with their situations for years, and unraveling these complexities takes time. Our aim at Family First Counseling Center is to assist you as efficiently as possible.

Can I afford therapy? What costs should I expect?

Counseling is an investment akin to how we invest in our physical health or education. It’s an investment in oneself, one’s emotional well-being, and happiness, as well as in one’s most significant relationships. Therapy can enrich your life over time and establish a solid foundation for future connections.
